Clean facility, professional employees I did a "wait" while my car was in for its first maintenance. The wait took a little longer than what I was told but there were refreshments, I could walk around..it worked out fine for me.

a few small repairs Friendly and informative service staff. The video showing the results of the inspection is a great idea. Generally high quality of workmanship...but battery cable was not properly tightened, resulting in a dead car in the service lot. Work ran over an hour beyond estimated completion time.

Great everything......... the email I received showing my car and what they were doing along the way. The shuttle guys were both great and got me to work on time and picked me up right when I needed picked up. The service guy that checked me in was very friendly and super nice........great everything!!

Comfortable, clean facilities Comfortable lounge area for customers while waiting for their vehicles. I also like the video showing the condition of my car and explaining any recommended repairs or maintenance if needed.

Efficient and convenient The video review of the car was very nice. The coffee and donuts were also convenient for when I waited. I was given an estimate of 12:00 noon and the car was done early.
