I've tried this place twice, the first was through a DoorDash order & secondly being in the area. Now, I absolutely love these bowls, they help you start off on the right foot. When walking in, I was greeted by the only employee, or so it seemed. Now, I explained to this employee that I had 3 bowls that I was ordering. The employee kind of sighed in a way that was a bit rude. I ignored it, they had just opened & she maybe wasn't finished with her morning tasks before opening. I was just there today. The açaí bowl was really good and the server was nice. However, she was not wearing a mask. I was wearing one--we are indoors and near food. Please make sure employees are properly trained to wear gloves and masks when preparing food. Thanks.
Hannah was super sweet and helpful even though they were out of stock of most of my favorites but she recommended some yummy alternatives :) thanks girl
Unfriendly and subpar. I walked in and was greeted by a dude that must have a bad hangover and doesn't want to be there. I was ready to walk out before I ordered then he told me they were out of açaí so it made it much easier to leave and never come back.

3 stars for great tasting food. But as of the change to o my accept debit/credit cards is completely unacceptable...cash is legal tender and u til you start accepting it a s a form of payment I'll no longer be a patron. This is unfortunate for me because I'd frequent the various San Diego locations 2-3 times per week. Let me know if you change this horrible policy

PROS: NOMNOM! I got a small açaí mixed with peanut butter. I asked for them to add: grandpas, almonds, berries, strawberries, grapes, and kiwi. It was perfect to share. The lady was sweet. She let us try the different flavors of smoothie underneath. There service was great! CONS: NOTHING!
If you want a slimy overly sweeet sorbet with granola and fruit.. come here! I took 2 bites threw it away..
Very disappointed. The quality has significantly decreased since they switched to their new menu. The food tastes artificial, the prices are higher, the quantities are much smaller. The employees don't even know what's in the pre-made mixes (yes, pre-made). I wasn't allowed to add peanut butter to my bowl. Overall really sad
This place is pretty bad. I hate leaving bad reviews but the prices are too high for low quality ingredients. None of the employees know what's in anything, and the overall taste is not good either. I don't think it's healthy (everything tastes very sugared down) but it also doesn't taste good enough to make it worth eating as a dessert
