I had a bad first time experience at this everbowl. I felt really rushed and every time I asked for other toppings, I felt reluctancy from the young girl behind the counter. It seemed like she was hoping to be rid of me so she can be with her friends who soon piled in. Wish I had someone else serve me.
I always have good açaí bowls in this store, but not this time. I requested chewy with açaí/matcha. The guy didn't give me an option to pick the toppings I wanted. He gave tiny amount of fruits but lots of bananas, tiny drop of peanut butter, I wanted some chia pudding and overnight oats. To make it short my açaí bowl was tasteless and my $12.00 went down the drain. Next time I will refuse the tall guy who made made my bowl.
The second I walked in I was greeted with nothing but good vibes by the owner. He was such a nice guy and the açaí bowl was literally one of the best i've ever had. Very peaceful environment and I highly recommend this place on a hot day for a nice cold açaí bowl !
I've been here twice now. This vibe here is amazing. Ben and Andrew are super helpful and friendly when it comes to making choices. 10/10 would recommend for the staff and the choices. Great place for anyone, including families.
Best açaí bowl in the galaxy, they do bomb smoothies too! Plenty of fun choices for kids of all ages, try their new mango base! The staff is always fast & fun! Fun yet peaceful atmosphere with great music!!! Open 7-7!!!
I had never tried an açaí bowl before but Ben was super friendly and helpful and talked us through the process and all of our choices. He made a point to ask our names and give us personal service. Ben was generous with samples and super patient as we made up our minds. This was our first visit to Everbowl but it definitely won't be our last. I've downloaded the app and will make good use of it. The management should give Ben a raise for his outstanding service.
Amazing customer services the owner is somebody that you need to meet in person great example to follow and also the food are super health and good for your body!!
Incredible service and delicious bowls! I can't wait to come back! Store is beautiful and staff is so nice and knowledgeable.
The Poway store was unexpectedly closed today, so my wife and I drove to the Ranch Bernado store. Grace helped us out with exactly what we wanted. Today they had everything we usually like. Soooo Happy!
