This everbowl location is in scripps ranch I. The same shopping center as the Trader Joe. Always a great place for a good snack on the healthy sides. Tasty and delicious . Service always with a smile. Sincerely enjoyed the experience. ~Kevin

It was my first time at Everbowl and it was amazing, they offered me 20% off by doing a survey with their new açaí and it was so good! I was serviced by Olivia and she explained everything to me thoroughly with patience and a smile on her face! Loved her vibe, alongside with Sam. They definitely have great vibes and the bowl was so good, I stayed and finished it inside. Small is definitely a great portion size and fulfilling

We ordered and paid online for two whatever bowls (special order) as we have food allergies and can't have certain things. Arrive and my husband said he's there for pickup and the employee started making other orders that walked in after my husband, even after he was at the counter to pick up what we ordered and paid for already. He made our bowls packaged them and called to my husband gave him the bag and hubby rushed out as we ordered these as a quick meal before we had to leave. I got the medium Apple Up bowl and added peanut butter. It tasted like a cold apple pie. The weather was pretty warm that day, so it was a nice refreshing snack after a day outside. The apples were fresh, the acai was fresh, the vanilla base was fresh (I think it could've used a liiiittle more vanilla flavoring though), the granola was crunchy, and they were VERY generous with the cinnamon. I was super excited grabbing an acai bowl this morning just to be a bit disappointed in it. The acai itself was watery and melted quickly before I could take 2 bites. It had more of a melted popsicle taste. The fruits were great and the service was good considering it wasn't busy in the morning. But overall everything but the main component left me disappointed.

Had my worst açaí bowl yet today. Whoever was working today needs to be trained better. Fruit was mushy, the banana cutter looked disgusting and was covered in brown banana, fruit that was on display was visible going bad, that should have been my side to leave. Also didn't want to listen when I told him he was using too much base. I had to pour out all the excess liquid he scooped in my bowl from the apples.

i placed and paid for an online order and went during business hours and they were closed and i contacted support and have not received a refund and it has been two weeks since this issue. i called their number which was disconnected and have not heard back from anyone at everbowl either. very frustrated and felt like i was robbed of my $12 for one bowl, and i am usually an everbowl LOVER so this is very disheartening

Still no response from corporate or this location. I ended up having to drive back the following day and request a refund in person. The employee told me that they were aware of the issue, so I asked why they hadn't refunded me already or reached out directly. They didn't have an answer. To me, this is worse than if they were unaware of the issue altogether because they knew about the problem and chose to keep my money instead. I got the tropical bowl. It's pretty much what you expect in a smoothie bowl type of place. You pick a bowl and wait about 5-10 minutes for them to prep your bowl. The only complain I had was that the texture of the base was a bit on the gummier side. Not sure why that was but I would come back if I were in the area.
