Kendra was the nicest employee, I got yelled at by everyone else but Kendra gave me kisses and gave my food after they were already closed

I informed the two women working there that the whole apples were rotting and they said it's OK because they are only for display smh. I don't think it's safe only added a star because it wouldn't allow me to proceed without selecting but zero stars in this case
yummy bowls and they played Void by Melanie Martinez which is an amazing song and the place overall has a silly and fun aesthetic, the service is pretty good and all the employees are so kind.
Definitely won't be returning. I walked in and felt rushed to order even though I was the only one in there. I looked at the menu looking for a familiar bowl I've had there before which included peanut butter and it seems like they can't add on any extras? The bowl I got was delicious and the workers were very kind but the temperature in this establishment is highly concerning. My friends and I chose to eat outside in 80 degree weather because it was cooler than inside of the store. I felt so bad for the workers having to move around in that environment all day.
Bowls were great. Service was good. But it's concerning how hot the store is. It's about 90 degrees in there and it's very unpleasant. I wanted to get out of there ASAP so I can only imagine how hot the workers feel. Definitely needs to be fixed.
I have tried countless times to get my money back with no refund on site. do not order for pickup in advance! I placed my order on the everbowl website for pickup. I arrived and the store was not open. nobody was there and doors were locked. I called and called and the phone went straight to voicemail every single time. mind you, this location is nowhere near my house so I can't just go each day to get my refund.
