Did not let me use rewards this place is terrible in service quality I was just trying to eat lunch and they declined my reward this is why I am giving them a 1 star rating

What actually happened was you and several of your teenage friends came into the shop, one of whom actually ordered a bowl. You then tried to use someone elses phone number to redeem your 3rd first time customer free bowl. My manager, who was present, and had already served you in previous days, told you had already used your reward. To which you replied "I'm using my friends phone number". Was looking forward to trying my first bowl of goodness at this location about a week ago. We drove all the way, because we yelped it and it said it was open and when we arrived with 45 minutes to spare till closing time, it was locked and closed for the night. And the girl inside acknowledged our presence and completely ignored us while we stood at the door wondering why it was closed so soon. Done waste your cravings at this location, go elsewhere...Goonies Never Say Die!!!
Sent over a pretty Large order for office I was visiting. Abby was only person at Everbowl when I arrived and she absolutely did an amazing job! Took the order concisely and accurately as well had all 14 items completed in less than 10 minutes. Abby was so friendly and positive even after receiving BiG order. She was nothing but polite and professional! I will definitely order from this location again! Well done what a great employee and face of Everbowl!

I informed the two women working there that the whole apples were rotting and they said it's OK because they are only for display smh. I don't think it's safe only added a star because it wouldn't allow me to proceed without selecting but zero stars in this case
yummy bowls and they played Void by Melanie Martinez which is an amazing song and the place overall has a silly and fun aesthetic, the service is pretty good and all the employees are so kind.

Definitely won't be returning. I walked in and felt rushed to order even though I was the only one in there. I looked at the menu looking for a familiar bowl I've had there before which included peanut butter and it seems like they can't add on any extras?
