The bowl I got was delicious and the workers were very kind but the temperature in this establishment is highly concerning. My friends and I chose to eat outside in 80 degree weather because it was cooler than inside of the store. I felt so bad for the workers having to move around in that environment all day.

Bowls were great. Service was good. But it's concerning how hot the store is. It's about 90 degrees in there and it's very unpleasant. I wanted to get out of there ASAP so I can only imagine how hot the workers feel. Definitely needs to be fixed.

I have tried countless times to get my money back with no refund on site. do not order for pickup in advance! I placed my order on the everbowl website for pickup. I arrived and the store was not open. nobody was there and doors were locked. I called and called and the phone went straight to voicemail every single time. mind you, this location is nowhere near my house so I can't just go each day to get my refund. $28 for one large bowl and a small. We did customize but if these places go under, that is the reason. You can feel the overhead built into this thing. Love the taste and toppings but throwing in the towel on almost $30 for a few pieces of fruit and glorified sorbet. Really good customer service and taste. $10 for a large bowl with unlimited toppings and I'll be back. There's a place in Little Tokyo that does that and they aren't greedy. So - it's always busy. This place was dead.

Bowls good and worker behind counter super sweet and helpful. But questionable management decision. Temp today 104 degrees and their A/C failed again and inside was an uncomfortable 93 degrees and not even a fan and they didn't close. If that were my daughter working I would have personally called her manager. Simple sign would have worked "We apologize to our customers but our A/C failed and for protection of our workers we need to close until it is repaired".

If Everbowl is one thing, it's unreliable. The bowls are good but you never know what's going to be in stock. Last week I stopped by this location and they were shut down for health violations, maybe because the week before when I stopped in here the store was so hot idk how they could have kept the fruit fresh. Over the last year I've walked out of Everbowl at least twice because once they were out of Acai, a second time they were out of granola. I don't know how this franchise is going to survive. My son and his entire soccer team came here for a in between games healthy snack. The store is less than a mile from The Ranch where they host soccer tournaments for hundreds of kids. Many players came to the store throughout the day and everyone complained about the management. The smoothies, the Acai bowls, and the young workers were all great.
