I ordered the Full Moon. It was fresh and tasted great. For some reason, it was delivered with only the vanilla base rather than both bases listed on the menu and in the photo.

I ordered from here almost every day, I've never had any problems! I usually get the regular whatever bowl.
Very disappointed, this was my first time trying everbowl & will be my last!! The bananas & kiwi were mushy, the pineapple was not ripe, the pitaya & acai was almost bitter. I have learned my lesson and will only order from playa bowl from now on!!

This is getting a bit ridiculous. I can understand if y'all are out of something but I ordered an orange celcius and paid for it yesterday, it did not come. I did not get a refund. Today, again, did not receive and paid for it. This has happened in the past as well. Id like a refund for today and yesterday please.
This is like the 3rd time I've not gotten the drink I paid for.
