Came here on a Friday afternoon at 1 PM and the door is locked with no one inside but the open sign in the window was lit up and the website says they're open. Tried calling just to be sure and got three seconds of static and a call ended. Very strange
It's just ok now. They used to make it really well, but the quality definitely declined since they stopped blending it fresh. The high price doesn't really help either, but if they go back to that quality they had before, I would absolutely go back.
Yesterday, I was went in to get an açai bowl and after I ordered, the employee asked me how my day was going. I told her that my dog has been really sick and that she's in the pet hospital (I think she could tell I was sad because I looked like I had just been crying - which I had). We proceeded to make small talk and when it was time for me to pay, she looked at me and told me that she would be paying for my bowl. Refreshing bowls to have after a hike. Fresh ingredients, clean environment, and friendly staffs.
Got the full moon. It was majority just shaved ice. Barely enough peanut butter to even taste. And it wasn't full. I paid $15 for shaved ice, 1/4 of a banana, and about 2 strawberries.

I used to like this place, but they changed their acai during Covid and now it is not good. They said they weren't going to change it back. It's pretty terrible.
Why bother taking orders ahead of time online if you only have one employee working on a Saturday am and the bowl doesn't get made anyway? Had to wait in a long line regardless of the fact that I ordered ahead of time and basically had to reorder the entire bowl in person. Don't bother ordering ahead... it's the exact same thing as going and waiting in a line out the door.

Ordered my $9.99 bowl and after paying I noticed I was charged over $12. They started charging a COVID surcharge but do not let the customer know. The true price was not posted on the menu and they never informed about the surcharge. Ive also noticed they give you less fruit now and instead try to fill the bowl with cheap oatmeal and chia pudding. Will not be returning. Its not what it used to be.

Ordered a large but filled it to a medium size. If I'm paying for a large then it needs to be topped off. This location did not meet my expectations. I have been to several locations and never had this issue
