I called Everclear Plumbing because my mom's water heater stopped making hot water. Bart, the owner, came over promptly at the appointed time that day. He diagnosed that the issue was a faulty ignitor. He then scrutinized the original installed date of the water heater and told me parts may still be under warranty. He went out of his way to contact the manufacturer and got the replacement part out to me in a couple of days, then came back to install it. Now the water heater is in good working order. Bart came out a few years ago to unclog a kitchen sink. It was a tough clog and he spent a long time unclogging it, but got the job done. He also went into my crawlspace and inspected the structure of the drainage pipes to ensure there were no problems there. He explained everything that he did, why the pipes were clogging, and provided several tips to prevent this from happening in the future. Three years later, I had another clog. Been using Bart's service for years. From snaking to changing toilets to replacing the units. Last work he changed out my mom's SF house's water main line from sidewalk to inside of her garage. Jack hammered and dug up and chaned pipes inside garage. And repoured concrete for sidewalk and front of house. Pipe welds were nice and clean. I've seen sloppy welds before from previous plumbers.
