In October 2019 EverDry solved our wet basement problem. It has done exactly what they said it would. It has been great. Today the pump turned on but didn’t stop. I unplugged it and called. Office staff were great and had the service department contact us. Kevin and Chad came out. They were friendly, respectful, and knowledgeable As soon as they plugged it in they figured out something was plugging it. Sure enough they found a piece of plastic was lodged under the float.
