The overall experience was good. The salesman didn't tell us we had to let our basement dry for 6 to 8 weeks before using it which would have been important information for us since it's Christmas time. The work crew was extremely nice though, always answered my questions and showed me all of their work. The job was well done.
We were very impressed with their prep, they covered everything for us. Their clean up was thorough and they did extra than what we were expecting with the gutters. They had to do last minute work and they finished it quickly. Jim, Mike, Eddy, Jose, Nick, and Angelo were friendly , communicative and respectful. They answered all our questions and we very patient. Anything we ask them to address they did with no complaints.

Everything about EverDry was amazing!! The service, the work ethic, and the speed at which this project got done was great. Matt K and his crew were very friendly and knowledgeable, especially Nick. The price for the amount of work done was very fair and the lifetime guarantee makes me feel very relaxed now with my basement.
