Great service, made sure the job was done right
Any time I have called with a problem regarding my. Waterproofing the company has sent someone out and have corrected the problem. We had them come out and place the easy breath and could not be happier.
My basement is dry and within the 4 -6 weeks after the job the humidity levels where at desired levels and stayed that way. The crew was great and the after care and follow up was above expectations.
I may update to 5 stars later, right now the job is done, but they where rushed and left some mess, left cracks unpatched, and caused minor damaged a couple of things. The foreman has been very nice and is planning to come back to address the issues. We also have one place where water is still seeping in, but the Forman has assured me they will address it soon.
Now have a dry basement no matter how much rain occurs.
I can now use my basement for storage and the easy breathe took the musty smell out of the basement.
