They were very professional and I have had them out once after to show me exactly how to work the vent to keep the basement ventilated! Very quick and clean when doing work for you! I highly recommend them!

The sales rep/inspector was very thorough when checking my basement before I decided to have work done. They were one of 5 quotes and by far the company that stuck out the most. I haven� t had any issues since the work has been done. The team was very professional. They kept me up to date on progress and they cleaned everything up. Lifetime warranty that transfers to the new home owner is a big plus. If I ever needed work like this done again, this is the only company I would call.
I was very anxious to have an estimate made when it came to my leaky basement. EverDry not only provided true customer service, they eased my anxiety. They were very courteous and mindful of my needs for the entire process. I work from home and they made sure to check in with me before any loud services were a disruption for my work. I called Everdry Waterproofing after basement flooding in a home office. Their crew was prompt, professional, and fast. Since then, I haven� t had water in home office nor any other basement level area. Would highly recommend their services.
Everdry was very responsive, thorough and honest through the process. Being a first time home owner I was at a loss with the whole process but they explained everything well. Also, the actual process of waterproofing my basement was quick and efficient, have not had a problem in the last two years...and we have had a lot of rain!!
Can� t say enough good things about this company. We bought our home with a known water infiltration problem. They not only alleviated and redirected the water from our foundation, they waterproofed the interior and exterior foundation walls, as well as addressed the block walls cracks and bowing. Better yet their service comes with a lifetime guarantee for the life of the home transferable to the next home owner. I waited until now to post a review on my EVERDRY system installation to outline my experience, ensuring enough time had passed to determine if it was working properly. They did an outstanding job, minimized my reconstruction work, and met their deadline. I also got their yearly warranty. In the first year of owning our first house, we had significant water damage to our finished basement.
