We moved into our home in 2012. No history of water in the finished basement at any time. Of course, the very next summer we had flooding multiple times due to extremely high rains that year. Everdry came out and did an estimate, offered a reasonable discount for services. The crew working the job was timely and professional. We had a small issues because the neighbor felt the drainage was too close to their yard, so Everdry came back out and relocated the run off. No charge. We have not had a problem since then. We tried various other ways to mitigate the water coming into our basement - inside French drain, outside French drain, regarding the backyard - but nothing fully worked. EveryDry did a full remediation of our basement and FINALLY completely resolved our water issues. It's been a year and we haven't had a drop enter.

Everdry was an incredible find for us. When we moved into our home in Springfield, Ohio, the basement smelled musty and clearly needed protection from water seeping through the basement walls.
