I recently had my house waterproofed by Everdry (they finished on April 11, 2012). Yesterday it rained and rained hard all day. For the first time in several years I can go downstairs to my utility room and smile rather than lay towels, mop up water, and move furniture and carpets out of the way. Great job under difficult conditions. However, left quite a mess in our yard. Debris such as shovels, rolls of plastic, gloves, and general trash.
Completed the job quickly and in a professional manner. They cleaned up afterwards and we had no problems from begining to the end of the process.
This is the best company I have ever had to do work in my home.
Everdry has turned my basemen into a dry mold free area that has lasted over 15 years.
Please allow me to explain my 1 star. Im sure that the everdry product is very effective. My parents also used them which is why I hired them. Their only issue was that they spilled cement down their stairs. But Im giving them 1 star because of day 2 of the job and the absolute nightmare that it turned out to be. *this review is incentivized, but honest. Everdry offered to waive two years of my warranty payments for reviewing them on three websites.* The salesperson was not honest with us, we were told we would not have to remove the drywall framing in the basement and that they could install around it. This was untrue and we had to rip out all of that ourselves when the time came. During a strong rain we would get 30-40 gallons of water in our basement. Everdry sealed the leaks and we haven't had a problem since.
The house we purchased two years ago had an Everdry system in the basement. We have not had any issues! Because the warranty could transfer from the previous owners to us it put our minds at ease that if there were any issues down the line they would be taken care of as long as we paid the yearly warranty renewal.
