They did great work, but there are a couple of things people should be aware of. First, I was told during my initial consultation that I would be receiving an EZ Breathe air unit as part of the work I was getting done. This was one of the things that helped me decide to do it. However, after the work was finished I was told there was no way to install the EZ Breathe in my cellar. Please allow me to explain my 1 star. Im sure that the everdry product is very effective. My parents also used them which is why I hired them. Their only issue was that they spilled cement down their stairs. But Im giving them 1 star because of day 2 of the job and the absolute nightmare that it turned out to be. *this review is incentivized, but honest. Everdry offered to waive two years of my warranty payments for reviewing them on three websites.* The salesperson was not honest with us, we were told we would not have to remove the drywall framing in the basement and that they could install around it. This was untrue and we had to rip out all of that ourselves when the time came. During a strong rain we would get 30-40 gallons of water in our basement. Everdry sealed the leaks and we haven't had a problem since.

The house we purchased two years ago had an Everdry system in the basement. We have not had any issues! Because the warranty could transfer from the previous owners to us it put our minds at ease that if there were any issues down the line they would be taken care of as long as we paid the yearly warranty renewal.

Before Everdry, I had 2 shop vacs on standby every rain. The stand by their workmanship. They treat customers like family.

After paying a $3,000 deposit and agreeing to finance over $18,000 we asked them to add DuraShield to our order. We had to pay over $2,200 cash. This was hard to do but we wanted the basement to look more finished after the waterproofing was done. Nice guys but poor quality, dishonest work process, and terrible follow-up from the office. The crew was to excavate outside on 3 sides of the house and put in all new drainage inside along with a new sump pump. No issues at all renewing and maintaining my Everdry warranty. I purchased a home in 2019 that already had everdry waterproofing and I have not had any issues!
