RecommendedAlways courteous when I call. Workers are knowledgeable and take time to explain what they’re going to do and why, then they do exactly what they said. Always leave the basement in a clean and organized manner. Show up on time, every time. We had our basement water-proofed more than 10 years ago and it is still dry! Service guarantee is everything they claim it to be. I wish I could give them 6 stars, for real!

RecommendedWe had more problems than we were aware of and Everdry Waterproofing of Columbus showed us all that we needed to know to not only have a dry basement, but to eliminate mold and fix a weak foundation. We had alarm bells going off several months ago. We called Everdry, they sent a serviceman out to check the situation immediately. He was prompt, professional and knowledgeable. He replaced a bad pump, tested the equipment and cleaned up when he was done! No more alarms and the system is working great!

RecommendedWe had EverDry do inside and out waterproofing 30 years ago and have not had any water or bug problems since. Our $25 annual warranrtu provides peace of mind and sump pump replacement as needed at no cost. Really enjoy having a dry basement and more living space.

RecommendedThis is a wonderful company! Our basement has been dry for 30 years. During heavy rains, our sump pump burned out and they replaced it the day we called - at no charge. They guarantee their work and stand by it. Just recently, had water in one corner of the basement. They came right out and are schedule to make repairs at no additional cost.

RecommendedAll good things to say about EverDry. In 2014 we had buckling basement walls and cracks in cinder blocks. EveryDry took care of us. They broke though the basement floor near the walls, placed stones then resealed the floor. Eight reinforcement patches were added. Two sump pumps were added. On the outside, they dug out near the wall and put waterproof pitch then filled. At the end of each day, EveryDry kept the basement clean. Our basement looks great.
