Inspection technician wasfriendly, very thorough at inspecting and explaining what needed to be done. He also was not a pushy or hard salesman. He made his recommendations and let us consult with each other in private to make our decision. The crew that did the work was very friendly and efficent. The work was completed in 4 days. The ground around the foundation was regraded and clean up in the basement was satisfactory. They did their best at controlling the dust while removing the basement floor concrete for the drainage ... read more

Professionally trained and very cooperative team, each worker knew exactly the job he had to execute. The leader of the team was always ready to explain each and every step taken during the job. A supervisor was sent the second day on the job to inspect and inquire if there was any complain. No loud music, very polite and respectful team, self sufficient, and quiet. . Very good protection provided for the lawn, for the outside work . Excellent protection for the basement's furniture, stairs, carpeting .Good clean up .Am... read more

Wanting to remodel my basement, it?s important that it will stay dry. Having seen Everdry Waterproofing at many shows, I decided to have them waterproof my basement. In Feb 2022, Everdry installed a trench around the inside basement walls and around the outside of the house. Outside there is a planter that runs along the front and one side of the house. Everdry mentioned that bushes might need to be trimmed about 2 feet from the house to allow space for workers to dig the trench. While this was followed on the side, the plan... read more

They pay $25 for 5 star reviews (or more specifically, take $25 off your warranty renewal) . Aside from the less than stellar interactions with some employees, I can't trust a company that buys reviews. So far, the water issue is resolved. Our salesman was a very cool person (3 years ago do not remember his name) , Gwen in customer service is great.

Business response:

Kyle, We are so sorry to hear that there must have been a miscommunication. We do not pay for 5-star reviews. We offer a discount for customers taking the time to leave reviews. If you could please give us a call, we would be happy to clear all this up with you. Sincerely, Everdry Waterproofing of Greater Indiana

After work was completed it looked awful and like it was slapped together and additionally they would not return my call to speak with the salesman that assisted me with the project. DO NOT HIRE!!!

I had my basement waterproofed in a rental. They told me they would fill-in one sump hole and just have one but didn t and I asked them about it and they said they couldn t come back without another workorder and it would cost more.

Business response:

We read, review, and discuss every rating, evaluation, or recommendation that relates to our business...both good and bad. Your feedback is clearly not positive but we still appreciate you taking the time to share your comments. Sincerely, Everdry Waterproofing of Greater Indiana.

Had complete redo of foundation inside and out, air system installed inside and took 4.5. days. Crew worked hard, had a plan and stuck to it. I was updated and after done it did rain before part of the concrete just finished on last day fully set, when we called they came out to check and did a water test, nothing seeped in after running lots of water and I was satisfied. They had cleaned up mess everyday and after the week, was AOK. Nothing wrong since either.

Business response:

We appreciate all our customers...and it is comments like yours, from people that provide such glowing detailed praise, that keep us going. We strive to provide the type of service that will stand out and hopefully make Everdry Waterproofing of Greater Indiana one of your favorites. Thank you for your remarks. Gratefully, Everdry Waterproofing of Greater Indiana.

inspector explained at depth the issues with the leaks and areas of dampness in basement walls. Showed me areas of dampness that other inspectors had not found. They are expensive, but considering that they were going to repair the entire basement the rate quoted would probably have been in same ball park as others who only quoted me for a small area.
