Those doing the work were not very professional (frequent phone calls, standing around chatting with each other, etc.) I found it very difficult to schedule follow-up visits (repeated phone calls were necessary). The work area was moderately cleaned-up. The workers were all very friendly. I received misinformation from one of the follow-up workers which make it necessary for a supervisor to visit to reset the Easy-Breeze unit and explain its proper functioning to me.

Job completed very timely with very professional salesman, job site foreman and crew. Excellent warranty on completed job. The company specializes in what they do. They did not do electrical, landscaping, or deck repair work, leaving me with additional projects and costs to finish the total project. Considering this, the price was high in my opinion, but the team was efficient and workmanship of good quality on what they did do. I might use them for additional work in the future.
