On May 23rd and 24th, 2016 an EverDry crew arrived to perform work in my basement and along exterior walls. The crew was on time, or slightly early, based on the promised arrangements. The work to be performed in the basement included breaking concrete to install drain tile, connect it to an existing sump hole, install a new sump pump, and install three beams to insure that the wall would not buckle. Inspection technician wasfriendly, very thorough at inspecting and explaining what needed to be done. He also was not a pushy or hard salesman. He made his recommendations and let us consult with each other in private to make our decision. The crew that did the work was very friendly and efficent. The work was completed in 4 days. Professionally trained and very cooperative team, each worker knew exactly the job he had to execute. The leader of the team was always ready to explain each and every step taken during the job. A supervisor was sent the second day on the job to inspect and inquire if there was any complain. No loud music, very polite and respectful team, self sufficient, and quiet. . I had high hopes for EverDry Indianapolis, but they rely heavily on cookie-cutter solutions. My non-traditional layout required a painful journey of numerous return visits just to stop water intrusion.Their warranty covers future seepage, but the process completely lacks coordination. Fixing issues required two separate appointments weeks apart. Supervisors lacked expertise outside standard setups, deflected responsibility, and gave crews conflicting instructions.
