After years of getting a substantial puddle of water on our basement floor after every rainfall, we decided to take action because of the higher than normal mold content in both the basement and upstairs level of our ranch-style home. We had received a bid from EverDry a fews years earlier after encountering them at a Home and Garden expo in Erie, but were not able to have the work done at that time. They gave us several options to alleviate the water problem: interior french drain only, exterior french drain only, or combination of both interior and exterior french drains with a sump pump and a permanently mounted dehumidifier. All three options were thoroughly explained both verbally and with easy to understand diagrams. We chose the third more complete option as we felt it would be most effective, but at no time were we pressured in any way to make that choice. The work was carried out completely and professionally, with each step explained along the way as the work progressed. Upon completion of the project, we were informed that if anything unusual should appear we should not hesitate to contact them. Well as it turned out, some hairline cracks did appear in the final coating of the interior drainage system within about a month. We notified EverDry and they had a crew back within a week to reseal the few cracks that had appeared. Since then, there has been absolutely no more cracking or other defect in the workmanship, and most importantly, there has never been a hint of moisture seeping into the foundation from rainfall or spring snowmelt. We now have carpeting, furniture and most of our son's toys in the basement.....something that was unthinkable prior to the efforts of EverDry and their skilled and knowledgeable staff. We are very pleased with the results and would recommend EverDry to any homeowner experiencing water problems. Thanks again and keep up the good work!

We had our basement waterproofed by Everdry in 2011. By installing a French drain and sump pump in our 76 year old log cabin our basement is now completely dry. The crew worked in inclement weather conditions to get our job finished and cleaned our basement following the installation. We were extremely pleased with the job.

I hired Everdry to take care of the water issues in my basement. The installation took the time they stated it would take and did not run past the scheduled completion date. I was very happy with the work performed. The minor things that were encountered that needed fixed were repaired in a timely fashion. The installation is well worth the cost and they stick by the work they do with their warranty.

Contacted Everdry Waterproofing to inspect and advise on putting in a French drain and sump pump in my residence. They were professional and knowledgeable and provided a competitive bid for the project. I accepted the bid and approved the project.
They completed the project professionally in a timely manner. They excavated around the perimeter of the house as well as removing and re-cementing about 18" of concrete in my basement. Of particular note is that the only access to my basement was from my front door. They sealed the living area and the construction area with plastic drop clothes and the dust and debris from the project never made it into my living area. The team was exceptional in their professionalism and expertise.
The waterproofing has resolved any and all problems with my basement and it is now an extension of my homes living space.

It's been over a year since my work was completed. I was very satisfied with all aspects of the work. From the home visit, to the final product. The foreman went above and beyond and the young gentlemen that worked out in the freezing temperatures to complete the work in the time frame that was promised. They waterproofed my house inside and out along with fixing my bowing walls. Very satisfied.

I chose Everydry to waterproof my basement after a pretty extensive search and I am extremely happy with their service. Our home is almost 150 years old. The walls are stone and leaks were becoming serious. Everdry had to come back three times and currently there is no leaking in the basement. We dealt with Roy each time and he was very professional when assessing needed repairs. I trust this company and I always receive outstanding customer service. I never feel like my questions are not extremely important to them.

My experience with Everdry was very positive. The crew who did the work came every day on time and worked in snow and cold temperatures. The job was completed within three days- sooner than they had projected. They decided to do a different drainage outside then was planned. This didn't work out and the water needed to be redirected. Everdry did not hesitate to rectify the situation in a timely manner. My basement is very dry with no problems one year and four seasons later. I don't even need to run my dehumidifier anymore which is a real money saver. Although it is more than I had planned to spend initially, I did get a much better proce than what they had first quoted me, did excellent work and I would recommend Everdry to my friends and family.
