Upon informing Everdry of water leaking in my basement, they scheduled an appointment immediately to assess my concern. They then scheduled an appointment within 7 days to begin repairs. Thank you Everydry- have not had any more water seeking in my basement after heavy rain.
Spoke to a nice woman named Melissa. Customer service is excellent. I had bought my home last year and had come to find out that we have ever dry water proofing in our basement. I am very happy to find out that the sellers had the waterproofing warratied and that Everdry allows it to be transferred warrenty to new customers. My basement has been very dry and we are happy with the results of the system. I would highly recommend using everdry waterproofing.
For several years we experienced a leaky basement after every heavy rain. We found our solution with EverDry. Their rep inspected our basement and gave his recommendations on how to solve the problem. The price was reasonable and the job was completed when promised. The workers were friendly and professional in every respect. Our basement has been dry ever since. That was 7 years ago. I highly recommend EverDry to solve your leaky basement problems.
HANDS DOWN one of the best companies I have ever used. We bought a home with existing system. Everydry asks us to pay a small fee each year, and if anything goes wrong they are out to fix/replace it. When it was a very bad flood month, we has a small problem with the pump. Their message asked customers to rate their needs, and if we could, hold off so they could get to the most pressing first. Our basement was having a real issue. We had Everdry come in and they did a wonderful job. The workmen were professional and courteous and on time. They accidentally broke the laundry tub, but ran right out and purchased a replacement. We would highly recommend Everydry.
We had problems in our family room years ago and Everdry came and put a sump pump in our closet. They were very professional and we have not had any problems since. Excellent service!
