Thank you Everdry for making my basement livable again. I had issues with mold and the awful smell that goes with it. Water was seeping through the walls. Everdry came out and installed their system and took care of all of the issues. They installed a sump pump and an air purifier too. I can now use my basement and let my grandkids play down there too. We purchased our home in 2016 and it had severe water issues in the basement, much to our disappointment. Everdry completed the full waterproofing, inside and out, and installed the EZ Breathe and sump pump with battery backup in January, 2018. We have had zero issues and it has been a very rainy year. I moved back into the house 12 years ago that I grew up in Eastpointe.. I remember growing up, every time it rained we would have piles of newspapers in all the corners of the basement due to the leaking. The first thing I had done once I moved back in the house was have Everdry Waterproofing water proof around the entire house. It was the best thing I had done!! No more leaky basement!! Our house came with an Everdry warranty when we bought the home in Rochester Hills, and have kept it up each year. We've never had one issue with the waterproofing and when one sump pump stopped working, they came out quickly and resolved the issue. Great Service and highly recommended!
EverDry of Southeast, Michigan is great! Friendly staff and always very helpful! We had our basement waterproofed on 2008 and have not had any water problems in the basement since! Our sump pump stopped working a few years after EverDry installed it due to the amount of rust in our water clogging the pump. EverDry fixed the problem immediately and now comes out to service it every 3 months so it doesn’t get clogged up! We are extremely happy with the service EverDry provides us! Thank you! I inherited an Everdry warrantee when I purchased my new home. They have made the process so easy to transfer from the previous owners and the fact that they will cover my sump pump if anything ever goes wrong for only $35 per year sure does give me peace of mind. I have only lived in this home since June 2018, but the basement stays very dry and I live in a flood zone. They did a great job. Julie H
