RecommendedI had Everdry come in 8 to 10 years ago to fix my basement. I had water seeping though my basement walls and in really rainy weather, little streams flowing to the basement drain. I also had the "fuzzy" white walls. The crew of workers did a very nice job. I've had my sump pumps replaced for some stronger ones and have had a new backup battery put in as warranty work. They do a good job explaining the backup battery to me also. It's great having a dry basement thanks to Everdry.
Back in 1998 we watched several of our neighbors homes flood, including the home adjacent and about 30 feet from our home. Their basement caved in right in front of our eyes. the walls of our basement were beginning to leak and bulge from pressure from the outside and the age of the place. Everdry came and straightened and reinforced the walls with steel braces,installed a sump pump system,resealed the walls on the outside with a tar sealer,layed new drain tile,and closed it back up. They even had to dig by hand to expose one of the walls which was un-accessible for a back-hoe! Nice job! Very satisfied! Still good after app. 8 years.
We were lucky enough to purchase a home that already had the waterproofing job done. The lifetime warranty transferred to us when we purchased and our basement has always been dry. When we’ve had questions or concerns about any of the work, Everdry came out to answer our questions, take care of anything that needed to be done, and make it right. I’ve suggested Everdry to others since our experience has always been so positive.
We had Everdry Waterproofing knock on our door last summer saying that they were in our area. We set up an inspection and then got the news that we needed some work done. We had just bought the house in Feb, so this was a lot to take in. They scheduled the work during the end of summer and completed it in about a week or less. The service person who came out for the inspection as well as the staff in the office and crew was very professional. He looked over the whole basement and gave me an honest opinion of what was going on. In May of 2008, we had Everdry waterproof our basement. They did an outstanding job, were very polite and kept us well informed. When a couple weeks later, water appeared through the basement floor, we called and within 24-hours they came out and fixed the problem. We have had no problems with anything else since then. A few years ago, we had water leaking into the basement. Everdry came to our house & repaired the foundation. They did work around the entire perimeter.
