Recommended3 years ago I bought my house and while the previous owners had said they repaired the water leaks I still had moisture in my basement. I had Everdry come in and was so impressed with the plan they proposed and the work done. I can't express enough just what a relief it is to have a dry basement. I have no worries with the sump pump or anything else as they offer a lifetime warranty. I recommend them all the time to friends and family.
They do what they say! We had our basement waterproofing done by them years ago and have had no problems since. Peace of mind is a wonderful thing when the rain is pouring down. I would recommend them to all!
Back in 1999 my family moved into a new home on Milwaukee's South Side. We had high hopes to finish the basement and have a wonderful recreational space for years to come. Purchased our house and Everdry guarantee was transferred to us. Had them out for a problem with sump pump a few years later! Awesome service! Extremely impressed with fast service and courtesy of everyone we dealt with.
We bought an older home that appeared to have had some basement flooding in the past. We appreciated the thoroughness of Everdry's assessment and their promise to stand by their work for as long as we own our home (not to mention the ability to transfer the service agreement to the new owner should we decide to sell). Although we did experience some flooding after the initial fix, it was determined that a second sump pump was necessary, and after this was completed, we've had no problems whatsoever. Everdry is an amazing company. When we bought our home 12 years ago, the work had already been done. All I have had to do is maintain our yearly warranty. I signed up with Everdry on 12-5-12. Not to happy with salesman as he promised a discount if I would be on call as he said they would be real busy in our area in the spring. I said O.K. and I got a call 3 days later that said they will be at our house next week, just before Christmas. It appears that salesman was rather deceptive. However they did come and finished the job in about 4 days, and did a good job. The floor has been completely dry since and am very happy about that.
Everdry is by far one of the finest companies I've ever worked with!! Our experience, start to finish, was very good.
