THIS PLACE IS A SCAM!! They are saying that the pieces are SOLID GOLD. but 3 jewelers confirmed it is stainless steel- gold plated! Paid over $1000 for a FAKE PIECE. It is so sad that someone would use someone’s tragedy as a personal gain

I ordered an urn for my cat that was supposed to ship immediately. I also ordered an engraved plaque. When the items I ordered hadn't shipped in several days I emailed and messaged. I didn't receive a response for several days later. I did find out that they outsourced and purchased the urn from Harmony Ball Company which sold the urn for $15 cheaper and free shipping (I had to pay $13.99). My bracelet fell apart the first time I wore it. Luckily, I was in my car, so thankfully I did not lose it. I fixed the bracelet ay the area, and the next time I wore it it broke again at a different spot. I expect more for $135

My necklace pendent fell off after it got wet a few times

I was a little hesitant as some of the reviews on the engraving weren’t good, but I took the chance and am SO glad that I did.
