RecommendedOutstanding customer service! I couldn't decide between two pictures for my heart pendent to store some cremains so they agreed to put one on the front and one on the back! I love it! Beautiful work. Only wish I have is that the centre was bigger to hold more of my precious furbaby cremains.

I ordered my necklace on August 28, 2019 of course my credit card was billed and they were paid on that date. After I contacted them a few weeks later, they told me that my order was back ordered but should be in no later than October 1st. They didn't contact me that it was back ordered, I had to contact them. Well, October 1st has come and gone and NO response or necklace.
