Balanced Approach Robert Turlington sold me my 2019 Yukon SLT. He was incredibly knowledgable about the vehicle and the process; not pushy; but instead humorous; polite and patient. I walked away last minute 5 weeks ago, but then came back after shopping elsewhere. We had a good chat and he essentially matched my other option. I would happily return and refer others!
