Fun Saturday I traded my car Saturday working with Suzanne Newman, it is always such a pleasure working with her. We got everything squared away in no time, also had a little help from “Fish” I love dealing with Suzanne she knows her cars. Ewing is a great dealership, this will be my 5th car and I can’t leave out my service helper Jim Bearden. What a great team.

Outstanding experience! I recently purchased a used truck from Ewing. I cannot say enough about their no pressure customer obsessed approach. Natalie Collins is just outstanding and a real pleasure to work with, she made the experience easy and enjoyable. They entire process was completed in just a few hours, as easy as it gets when buying a vehicle.

Only dealer I will use I purchased a GMC Terrain in December of 2011 from Suzzanne and told her just wait I’ll be back! Sure enough time to pass It Chen to my daughter and back to buy my Buick envision! I feel like a friend there or part of a family! The service department is also a hugely a reason for retaining my loyalty! Highly recommend!

Great service rep I believe my reps name was JR or RJ. I apologize for not being sure. This guy was amazing. I went in because my rear camera needed servicing. The gentleman noticed my key fob needed to be replaced . Not only did he offer to fix it. It was at no cost. Other dealerships quoted me $180 for this problem. They had it done for no cost. Dire straits My employer changed my office location to an area not well serviced by public transportation on short notice. With very little time and a modest budget I had to find a vehicle quickly. My salesperson Natalie presented several options in my budget, and was very patient while I got my first vehicle since 2009. Her follow up, and the overall experience was absolutely amazing. Excellent experience Sales person extremely knowledgeable and very helpful. Got price to where we wanted it and their financing through a major bank was better than we had been able to get ourself’s. Overall a very great experience and I’d recommend our sales person Randy to anyone.

Outstanding Customer Service! Wanted to give the highest reccomendation to Sales Agent Wayne Holten. Wayne made the experience not only effiecient but enjyoable. When your shopping for cars, you meet all types of personalities and not all of them entirely congruent with your own. Wayne made us feel cared for and even went the extra mile to ensure we got a second FOB as initially promised. We could have been given any Sales Agent and while I"m sure the rest of the staff are equally capable, I'm glad we had Wayne on our side.
