Top Professional service; Exemplary Repair; Excellent I have never dealt with a collision shop. I was very upset about my car and didn't know what to expect. From the first to last interaction the service and expertise level of all I encountered was exemplary. I cannot say enough about the total professionalism of Trace Conn. I don't write many reviews. Painless experience After spending all afternoon at another dealership we decided to stop by Ewing before heading home. I'm glad we did! First off, I would like to say I enjoyed not having the buzzards circling the lot when we got out. We walked inside and were nicely greeted and introduced to Oscar Mora. Quick service great staff I never have an issue getting my car scheduled for maintenance or any other services. The staff is always friendly and I have always been able to get a loaner car from them when needed. Highly recommend Brad Anker- he is a fantastic service advisor!

Professional and Personable I negotiated the details of a car sale over the phone with Oscar. When we arrived to test drive the vehicle, he was waiting for us, the car was detailed, and in a small showroom. The vehicle was immaculate and Oscar spent time going over details of the car for us. When we had completed the test drive, Oscar escorted us to meet our finance coordinator, David. Body Shop Quality of work excellent. However communication from service advisor to me was none existent. During the entire three weeks not a single contact was initiated by service advisor. Extremely frustrating!
Excellent service from Steve Fortner! Steve Fortner in the service department is an excellent service advisor with very good attention to details and follow-up communication. I've used him for years enjoying a high level of consistent performance from him.
