Highly efficient and Professiinal Bill at the body shop was very professional, efficient and quick to wrap up repairs of my car. He was super prompt on his emails / communicating with insurance and keeping me updated of the progress My car was in and out in 2 days. (Broken driver side view) Some of the staff at the front desk however needs to be trained for better customer service to really improve overall customer experience - that’s why I am giving 4 star and NOT 5 star.

Long Standing Excellent Service I have used Ewing for service for all my GM vehicles for over 25 years. The same staff is there and they know my cars and treat me like royalty, which as a long time customer I am.

Lease return/Exchange One of the easiest and best car purchases I've ever done. Nathan was very easy to deal with and was able to work with me through text to finalize the deal. Then Robert took over and was very welcoming and helpful. He had everything ready and did a good job explaining all of the features on the car. Finance was done quickly and efficiently as well. He was very nice and respectful. Will be recommending this dealer to others for sure. Thanks again.

Suzanne and Fish are the BEST! I took my 2012 Buick Verano (5-passenger car) in for service but worked with Suzanne Newman and Robert Fish Turnlington on a 2019 Buick Encore (small, luxury SUV). Excellent Service Department Great communication. Vehicle repair was completed as explained after diagnosis. Vehicle repair was completed on time and with price quoted. Service advisor and Service Mamager are alwsys available.
