I love looking at cars, but hate the process of buying one. Bruce is a NO-pressure sales guy and answered every question. Then once back in the finance office, Jason shared continued the No-pressure feel to finalize the deal. Ewing provided a very positive buying experience!
Verify the air conditioner was up to par and get uv coating on driver and passenger windows. Gteat job.very friendly service given to us.
I never fail get great service whether I am there for just an oil change and tire rotation or a wiring harness replacement. And if my vehicle has had to stay overnight I have always been offered a loaner.
I've never had a salesman explain the features of a car in more detail than what Oscar provided. Not only that, I came with my own financing and he got me a rate that beat it by a whole point. Outstanding service: this was my second visit (because I was impressed the first time). No wait at all once arrived (appointment made beforehand) — everything was very efficient. Plus… comfortable waiting area; quick checkout, with washed car waiting right outside.
I am very happy with the service Oscar gave us at Ewing GMC. He helped us understand everything and made sure we were getting copies of everything. He went above and beyond to explain in details all of the functions of our GMC Sierra. He showed us features we would have never known. He guided us setting up the ONSTAR.
