We have bought 2 vehicles from Ewing and the service since has been outstanding. We take all of our vehicles purchased or not from Ewing there all our service needs.
Saturday's service was just for oil change and tire rotation. Previous services have been for some major repairs/maintenance. Any time i have had to leave my truck overnight i have been provided a loaner vehicle, which is a must for me.
Ewing Buick GMC has always been courteous and professional when purchasing and servicing my GMC Sierra. Everyone is always friendly and the work is always perfect.
I always ask a manager to recommend a sales representative when I purchase a car. I could tell that Oscar was focused on my needs. About 2 hrs later he found a car that was perfect for us. I bought it for my wife site unseen and she loves it. Will be shopping for a truck in September so I will see Oscar again. I'm am unable to provide feedback on others involved because I'm terrible with names, however I was pleased with ever step of my purchase.
Brad is always friendly, knowledgeable and up front when getting work done on my vehicle. The entire staff at Ewing is always nice and friendly as well.
Every was great my sales representative was awesome and had the correct answers. The only thing I had to say is that I had agreed and sign the deal as a certain amount a month but when I was finalizing they changed it almost by a hundred bucks
They were really professional and kind on their approach. Clayton was very helpful. The finance guy too(cant remember his name) The entire process was phenomenal 👍
Good service provided by Jim. A fast and quick delivery of the car by the service center. Nice clean space and maintained well for the customers.
Bruce Hultman helped us with several questions and a part for our new vehicle. He was very accessible, prompt and kind. While the part needed to be ordered, he kept in the loop through the entire process until we received it. I would highly recommend Bruce and Ewing Buick GMC when you are in the market for a vehicle. My family will on our next purchase.
