I have owned over 30 cars, and have had many different sales experiences. The experience with Don at Ewing GMC has been by far the most positive. Far exceeded my expectations. Don went to great lengths to make sure the truck was perfect before I picked it up. The experience was so good, I no longer am interested in looking for cars unless it is thru Don at Ewing GMC. I never write reviews, it takes a tremendous experience to get me to do so. This one was tremendous. Buy with confidence, this place is a no-brainer.
Oscar was amazing, very attentive, listened to what I wanted. Went the extra mile to make it an easy experience. I have bought several cars, and he made it easier and more pleasant. Very polite and nice, he cares about his customers. I will definitely buy more vehicles from him. Every one at the dealership was very nice and pleasant to work with. Very happy customer!
Rene at Ewing GMC was awesome. He had great communication was able to do everything I asked. He even knew I had two mastiffs and had a co worker get in the back of the Yukon to show they would fit. 10/10 absolutely great experience.
Everyone was courteous and friendly. The salesman, Oscar Mora, approached us with professionalism and intently listened to what we were interested in seeing and what features were important to us. We came to Ewing Buick after a long and unsuccessful day of trying to buy a car. When I called to ensure the car we wanted was available, Oscar answered and had the car ready for a test drive when we showed up! They were extremely nice and patient with us. My husband and I stopped and Ewing Buick-GMC without an appointment to look at a used vehicle. We met Oscar out on the lot and he jumped right in to help us. He was open and transparent the whole time. After some discussion he was able to get us the price we wanted. So our non-urgent shopping turned into driving the vehicle home the same day. I dreaded today having to go through the process of buying a used vehicle. I was completely taken back by working with GMC Ewing in Plano . I was beyond impressed with the purchase of my vehicle. Oscar was the best! He was extremely professional, courteous, knowledgeable and kind. He was very patient and answered all of our questions. He did not make us feel pressured into making a decision on our purchase. We plan on recommending him to all of our friends and family!
