Yes, Mike Green did a fantastic job today. I had a parking brake service light on. It was diagnosed incorrectly this past Monday. Today we got to the bottom of it. We needed two actuators and only one was in stock. He was able to find another at another dealer and have it delivered today to get me fixed today and not have to wait till Monday. Mike was also able to credit the Diagnoise fee from Monday towards the charge for fi ing the parking brake today. Super job Mike Green! Also want to shout out for Brandon, he was on top... read more
