I liked everything. They give very personalized service on my car, so I end up getting (and paying for) exactly what I need. They also go above and beyond the standard service and wash my car, clean the inside, and make sure all the tires are properly inflated. Even their waiting room is very pleasant. I don't know of any other place that offers free popcorn while you wait!
My wheel locks were stripped from my previous service when they rotated my tires and my service took 3 hours instead of 1.5 hours. They still have not been replaced 10 days later.
It took over 4 hours for an oil change and tire rotation, unfortunately I was not informed about the rental car or shuttle bus service, I heard another customer speak about it.
