Oscar was a great help from start to finish. I would do business with him again.
Overall end result was pleasant but it was a little bit of a headache to get there. Car was online but was not ready to sell when we looked at it. Then when it was “ready” it still had issues. The “upside” was that the manager listened to our complaint and made it right.
On a scale of 10, we grade Oscar Mora at 11 or 12! Excellent customer service, professional, efficient and honest! Great experience. This dealership is lucky to have him as a salesperson! He is the best. I will recommend him to family and friends! Thanks again Oscar!!
Salesperson Quintin Carter was AWESOME~. He was very informative, answered all questions we had, extremely patient, helpful and knowledgeable. A plus for me was that he was NOT a pushy salesmen. This and the automobile we purchased (a 2025 Enclave Avenue) both sealed our decision. This EWING GMC/Buick dealership is beautiful, clean and modern. Love the complimentary snacks and coffee.
