Rene (in Sales) and Bob (in Service Dept) we're GREAT! Picked up my vehicle and she was ready to roll! The details guy was on vacation at the time, so they scheduled me to come back and get her (the car) all buffed a beautified as soon as he returned. An all around pleasant buying experience. :)

Had a dead battery one morning recently and called my advisor for a last minute appointment and insisted I bring it right in. So, I got it jumped drive to the dealer where he informed me that 36 months ago we had replaced the original battery with a heavy duty one that had a 46 month full replacement. In about 20 minutes I was driving out with a freshly washed Denali with a brand new battery ready for the Texas heat! Hard to beat that kind of service.!
