It was great working with Herb. Kept me posted with work being done on the vehicle.
The A/C condenser was leaking (appears a rock was the cause) and the system was not cooling. This happened on the afternoon of July 3. Service adviser, Jim Bearden got my 2018 truck in line for service and got me a loner car. My truck repair was completed the next working day, July 5. Great job. Truck cools as good as it did when new.

First time there. Kevin Braden in the service dept was great. I got my car back in time he advised it would take. It had been washed and vacuumed on the inside. Check process was easy and secure. Ewing will be the place I take my car for service from now on. Perhaps a trade in, in the near future!.
The service department at Ewing does a consistently great job! They go way above and beyond "satisfactory" service, both in the care of my car and in helping me to properly maintain it. I trust them to do a thorough job and they have never let me down in the 12 years I've been going there. It's great to have a service shop like Ewing to rely on.
Repaired usb port that had a short and would not always connect.
