The entire service team went above and beyond to ensure my vehicle was ready for the road and fixed properly. My agent was named Maria and she worked so diligently to ensure my vehicle was correctly fixed. She ensured I had a rental to use the entire time. She was very outgoing and professional in every way.

I am new to the area and not familiar with a reputable non-dealer service shop so I bring my car to the dealer for service. Great customer experience and hopefully the vehicle dealership / manufacturer trained service is good too. I opted to wait for the car for routine oil and front brakes and ended up taking more than an hour longer than initially scheduled. Because it's a dealership I understand that upselling and higher prices are part and parcel.
