I scheduled an appointment because I was concerned my battery was having issues, and the service representative listened to my concerns and conducted a battery test for me. While it did take a few hours (which was not ideal but understandably necessary), the test came back as having no issues, and the representative gave me suggestions on how to reduce the likelihood of recurrence of the battery issues as well as some recommendations for other parts that could be serviced.
