Lauren and her team are very knowledgeable and professional. Not to mention friendly and accommodating. That is only the front of the house staff that I met. I was made aware of the technician had checked several items while they were waiting on parts for the initial issue. I have been a Ewing customer and don't think I would go anywhere. I had a check engine light. I called another Subaru dealer in Fort Worth and they wouldn't answer my question on if it was covered under warranty. I chose Subaru of Plano which is a much farther drive because of how well Maria answered my questions
