Daniel Gonzalez and Jose Chapa were both super helpful throughout the entire process! We were super frustrated with our 2020 Ascent and the transmission issues it was having and how the Rockwall dealership was handling the issue, being new Subaru owners. But they really turned everything around giving us faith that we did make a good investment with the Subaru brand family!
