They took great care of me and my car through the entire process. They took the time to keep me informed and had an easy to use text messaging system and dashboard to see my car throughout the entire process.

Great service from Edwin on the used car side and V in finance! Edwin and V were both very nice and helpful! Other sales members greeted me, held the door for me and seemed upbeat. The entire team seemed happy to help, with the exception of the front desk girl on the new car side. While I was waiting to sign docs, she seemed incredibly put out that I asked her to call Edwin to let him know I left my phone in the car. Rude and never showed any courtesy at all! I got to work with Gator Jay the internet Manager - he knew what I wanted and didnt try to up sale me on anything. He was very knowledgeable about the Subaru Lineup. Not very often that you leave a car dealership making a new friend but with him you definitely do.

Amazing service department, have always taken care of my car and i have never felt like they are trying to upsell. They always have a loaner available for me and the service person (Maria) is great!
