This dealership takes good care of the customer. The staff is courteous, the facility is really clean and modern with a comfortable waiting area. This is my second Subaru I bought in less than a year and both times my experience has been very positive. The salesperson was great in communicating about delivery and was very helpful in going over the deal and explaining the car features. The service staff is also very courteous and appointments are kept. I would buy from Ewing Subaru again with no hesitation.

Great service and Lauren is knowledgeable on the things that needs to be done and explained how long it would take and offered loner car as well. Overall, I’m happy with the service and highly recommend this place.

Arturo Rodriguez was polite and professional, he set my expectations right from the beginning to inform me of how long it would take and what everything would cost went through line by line on what was on the invoice on a scale of 1 to 10 I would have given him 11. I will purchase another Subaru just to be able to keep on getting excellent service.

Our sales person, Osvaldo Luna was excellent. He is very professional. He ensured that the vehicle was ready, clean, and parked in the shade on a hot sunny day. We bought a preowned vehicle. He even switched out the remote batteries to make sure they would work long term. All without being asked. Excellent customer service.
