Had to get seat repaired where stitching had come undone. Jose ordered the parts and then notified me to come in and repair vehicle. Made sure I had a loaner to use and was able to get car back in a matter of hours.

Devin was really great and easy to work with. The whole service team was kind and friendly when I went to drop my car off. As i was the only client in the service desk area we enjoyed some small talk and banter which put me at ease. I loved that the loaner was a no brainer for ewing. I didn't love the sludge from a circular something that left it's residue behind on the loaner windshield that i was given to drive. Andy was also easy to work with. I only trust Ewing Subaru to work on my Outback. I know they will make recommendations for repairs or replacement parts that will keep my car in great condition. I am free from worrying while driving everyday in heavy Dallas traffic because my car has no mechanical problems. There is no price for peace of mind!
