I can’t say enough on how Personably I was treated. As expressed to the management team: I would like to acknowledge with gratitude Maria who handled my service from start to finish she went over and beyond my expectations in caring for her client. Her superior service and concern for handling things appropriately were first and foremost. Her character and thoughtfulness is what is needed in all who interact with their clients. Justin Carey is an amazing sales rep! Having a background in customer service for 25+ years myself, i rate Justin's customer service and care/concern a 20 out of 10. Honest, thorough and accommodating. Everyone from my salesman Justin Carey to Stuart in new cars sales(he was in on his day off, I learned a lot about the car from him as well) to Ryan the finance manager. Ryan the new car sales manager helped to make our transaction smooth. I have not been a Subaru owner before but I will continue to be going forward. I would definitely recommend this dealership.
