Spending Christmas Day getting stitches put in our babies foot was not on the agenda but if we had to choose a place to go I’m so glad we chose Excel. The entire staff was so sweet and accommodating to our every need. From Brooks at registration to the wonderful nurses and Dr. Frank, everyone was kind and respectful to both of us but especially my mom who cannot remember even the simplest things. RecommendedWent to Excel ER tonight and was thoroughly impressed. Every single person I dealt with was so friendly and professional and reassuring. We were taken to a room immediately and they went over and beyond to diagnose and correct our problem. While we waited for test results, they brought us snacks and tuned the tv to the football game. Unfortunately I've had to visit many doctors and hospitals over the last 12 months with various serious issues. Yesterday was my first time using Excel ER and I have to say it was the best experience I've ever had at an ER. Every single nurse, doctor and staff member truly cares about my needs and if you hit your nurse call button someone is there in less than a minute every single time.
