RecommendedI showed up in so much pain. Kidney stones love me! After going to another place with a 2 hour wait they got me in within 30min. They were adamant about getting me taken care. Did the appropriate scans to find the problem and move quickly! Had me transferred to the hospital in a room with no wait. If they would not have taken action things could have been way worse. Don’t go wait 2 plus hours at hospitality. I mean nothing is wrong with them either but when you really need someone to see you all the extra fluff doesn’t matte... read more

RecommendedAfter using the other “fancy” ER in town and being OVER treated I decided to try Excel ER. Wow. What a difference! I felt like I was actually in a medical environment with professionals - that is because I was. Excel ER has a professional medical staff with compassion. I won’t ever go to the “fancy“ ER again. Also Excel accepts Medicare! I can’t recommend Excel enough.
RecommendedI had to go to Excel ER twice in one week. Once for a Covid test, and then for a work related injury. Both times everyone was wonderful, with the exception of one. The woman that was working the front door yesterday 12/12 during the midday was terrible. She started getting loud with me about not knowing my claim numbers off the top of my head. I assured her that everything would be ok, and that they would get paid for their services..... but in the back of my mind, I thought what about me? I’m the injured person in pain he... read more
RecommendedI am from out of town and started having chest and lung pain while in Longview. I went in around 2am and received excellent service from Dr Meek and the nurses. They were thorough and kind. I am a nurse myself and it was great to see people in our profession be so professional and swift with diagnosis and treatment
RecommendedHad a small finger injury this morning & had a great experience from the receptionist who checked us in, the nurses & Dr Frank. They were very helpful, comforting & reassuring about the results and healing that will take place. I would definitely recommend going here, it’s clean comfortable and accommodating, and if I ever need an ER again this will be my first choice. Thank you To the whole staff.

RecommendedUnfortunately I had to come to Excel for something other than Covid19 today. The last place I wanted to be during these times is in an ER. I am so incredibly impressed with how I have been treated. I have not come into contact with any other patients and all of the staff is in full gear. The facility is so clean. On top of that the Dr that I got is Dr.Meek and she is amazing. She has an incredible bedside manner and has made me feel so taken care of. I am so glad I chose Excel. Thank you for taking such good care of me!
RecommendedThis was my 2nd visit... and I was again very impressed! Very friendly staff... the Dr was very through and caring! I would highly recommend Excel ER. Well worth the drive from Marshall. It be Awsome if they would open a facility in Marshall!
