Took my son in when he was sick. Let me tell you the way they took care of him and made us feel at home I will never goto another ER!

When I visited, I didn’t really know what was wrong with me. They got me in quickly and were very friendly. Overall, a great experience. I will be back.

We came in last night because my mom wasn't acting right and said she felt weird. We recieved heart breaking news. The staff was very calming and caring. Several of them went above and beyond. They provided us with snacks and drinks. When we were leaving the nurse I believe her name was Laura hugged us and said to please keep them posted and that they would be praying! If you live in Nacogdoches and have an emergency, I highly recommend Excel ER.

I had to go to Excel ER twice over the course of 2 weeks due to my throat and I 100% recommend this place. The staff was extremely helpful and made the entire experience better and given the circumstances very pleasant. Thank you to all the staff members for taking great care of me!
