We took our 2 year old when she was clearly in pain... they done everything they could to help her. They made us feel welcome an tried to ease our concerns. The dr sat an talked us through everything. They gave our older child a snack when they gave my baby a drink... excellent care an if we ever need emergency care this is where we will go

Extremely please with the fast friendly service. You are made to feel welcome from the moment you walk in until you leave. The staff was very compassionate and took the time to listen to your concerns. They were awesome with my son! Less than 30 mins in and back out on our way. BIG THUMBS UP!!!

Highly recommend Excel ER! The staff, nurse Deidra and the doctor was all very kind and professional. Was in and out in one hour! Thank you everyone at Excel ER you all are the best!

Want to give a HUGE shoutout to Excel Er! We were in and out in no time and that includes getting X-rays. We didn’t have to sit and wait for forever for the doc to come in. She actually walked into our room with us. She checked my son over and we were immediately sent for an X-ray. By the time we were back in the room they had a report and full diagnosis. Super friendly, caring staff! We had first stopped at memorial but the waiting room was PACKED! We turned around and walked right out. He would have went to his normal doct... read more

The service and staff here are phenomenal! I have honestly never been to an urgent care facility or even a hospital that took care of every need as much as these ladies do! Definitely best of Nac!
