RecommendedI’m so thankful for the staff, nurses and doctors here. From the second we walked in they were so helpful. It was nothing like what I had expected. I thought there was going to be a ridiculously long wait with rude staff and it would cost me $100s. Boy was I wrong. The receptionist immediately got my daughter a wheel chair and got us checked in under 5 minutes. My poor girl fractured her ankle and was in a lot pain. RecommendedHubby had pneumonia and they gave IV antibiotics and took X-rays and blood, everyone was great! Nurses were kind, doc was friendly. Went at 10:30 pm, NO WAIT!! Accepted our insurance and didn’t have to pay outrageous bill! We will use again.

I took my grand-daughter to be seen and the physician on shift was Dr. Ott. He is the most unprofessional doctor that I have ever dealt with. First of all, he seemed very bothered because he had to deal with patients at 0230 hours. Excuse me, you work at a freaking ER, if you don't want to be bothered look for another profession.
