RecommendedThe staff treated me fantastic. They attended to my needs with professionalism and empathy. The ER Doctor was very Informative, answering all my questions and explaining what follow ups after after care I needed to do.
RecommendedThe staff at Excel ER IS EXCELLENT!!! They care about you as a patient not so over packed like a regular ER that they treat you like a number. I have had two great experiences with them and would recommend them to anyone who needs an emergency room check up without the waiting of a traditional ER.
Stop the Fraud! Will not tell you that their doctors are not in-Network with your BCBS and then they bill you extra. They tried billing my insurance twice for a Ultrasound for DVT and they did not even have the right equipment for it. This place I thought was a good place to go to but they proved me wrong. They are running a double billing scam!
RecommendedWould definitely recommend Excel ER to anyone and everyone! The facility is very clean. They got us in as soon as we were done with paperwork. The staff has been amazing- very knowledgeable and friendly! They take time to care for their patients, which I really appreciate and is very rare in an emergency room setting. 5 stars, for sure.
RecommendedStaff was friendly and informative. We only had to wait the time it took me to fill out the paper work. The doctor prayed over my sweet girl and that was the biggest blessing! I highly recommend this facility!
